Career Coaching Packages

Package 1: Basic Package

• Three 1 hour coaching sessions per month
• Unlimited Phone or email check-ins as your situation requires for brief updates or for critical input. For example, you might check in just after an interview, to debrief while the experience is still fresh in your mind. In some cases, such as during job-offer evaluations or during compensation negotiations, client-and-coach might connect several times a day!

Your investment: $350 per month, a minimum 3 month commitment is recommended. Fees for assessments are extra and vary with the assessments chosen.

Package 2: Pay as you go.

• If you would like just a brief consultation, or help with a very specific issue, you can invest in just the amount of coaching you need.
• Career Coaching rates may be modified, on a sliding scale, based on your ability to pay. Please email for more information.

Your investment: Coaching, hourly fee: $125. Fees for assessments are extra.

Work/Life Balance Coaching Packages

Package 1: Recommended

• Three 1 hour coaching sessions per month.
• Unlimited Phone or email check-ins as your situation requires for brief updates or for critical input.
• Includes ThirdPath© work/life resources as appropriate. Other assessments are optional.

Your investment: $350 per month.

Package 2: Twice-a-month

• Two 1 hour coaching sessions per month.
• Unlimited Phone or email check-ins as your situation requires for brief updates or for critical input, the same as in Package 1.
• Work/Life Balance Coaching rates may be modified, on a sliding scale, based on ability to pay. Please email for more information.

Your investment: $250 per month with a minimum 3 month commitment.

Basic Career Assessment Package

Includes Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Form Q and the Newly Revised Strong Interest Inventory, plus 90-minute interpretation session and detailed reports, emailed and mailed to you in a personalized binder.

Your investment: $250.

Career Assessment For Current Coaching Clients

Same as above, except the interpretation sessions occur during scheduled coaching times.

Your investment: $100.

Executive Coaching Packages
