Life In Progress Career Coaching has the same goal. Our coaching is about more than just finding your next job…although we'll help with that, too. It's about finding yourself. Our focus is on helping you make career decisions which are aligned with what matters most to you. We can help you realize your career dreams in a ways that will enhance your quality of life, and strengthen you as a whole person.
Working one-on-one and confidentially, your career coach will work with you to do any, or all, of the following:
- use assessment tools to help clarify your skills, interests, personality characteristics and values
- provide useful information about career options, entry requirements, pay levels and other areas that will help you make a decision
- assist you in choosing a career
- address issues of work/life balance
- directly discuss and resolve obstacles to your employment and career success
- assist you in formulating career goals and strategies, both short-and-long term
- help you write a resume that's irresistibly attractive to employers
- guide you in planning and implementing a successful job search
- prepare you to confidently interview
- coach you in negotiating compensation and evaluating job offers
- help you jump-start your success in the new job
Package 1: Basic Package
- Three 1 hour coaching sessions per month
- Unlimited Phone or email check-ins as your situation requires for brief updates or for critical input. For example, you might check in just after an interview, to debrief while the experience is still fresh in your mind. In some cases, such as during job-offer evaluations or during compensation negotiations, client-and-coach might connect several times a day!
Your investment: $350 per month, a minimum 3 month commitment is recommended. Fees for assessments are extra and vary with the assessments chosen.
Package 2: Pay as you go.
- If you would like just a brief consultation, or help with a very specific issue, you can invest in just the amount of coaching you need.
- Career Coaching rates may be modified, on a sliding scale, based on your ability to pay. Please email for more information.
Your investment: Coaching, hourly fee: $125. Fees for assessments are extra.
